How Avant Works

  • 1. Pick Your Meals by Friday

    Our meals are sold individually. Pick you choice of meals each week by 2 PM on Friday. The menu is changed every month to keep options fresh!

  • 2. Delivered on Sunday

    Meals are delivered to your door in reusable containers Sunday after 10 a.m. We deliver using an insulated bag to keep food cold for 4 hours.

  • 3. Containers Picked Up

    Return your containers by ordering again. We pick up the containers on your next delivery day. Place your bag out first thing Sunday morning!

What is the price per meal?

Our meals are individually priced. We are a no subscription required service. The menu of meals changes once per month, and so do the prices. See prices here.

What are the portion sizes?

Each Avant meal portion size is about 1.5 servings. They would equal one giant meal or one and a half normal meals.

How do I order?

You pick your meals individually from this page each week before Friday at 2pm. No subscription required. We deliver every Sunday

Do you offer gluten free or dairy free options?

Yes! Most of our dishes are either gluten free, dairy free, or both. See the description or the ALLERGENS button on each meal item to see.

How do I reheat the meals?

Our reusable containers are 100% BPA free and microwave safe.

Option 1: Place your container in the microwave for 2 minutes. Reheat in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Remove any sauce containers or ingredients you'd prefer to stay chilled. DO NOT MICROWAVE SAUCE CONTAINERS.

Option 2: Remove meal from container. Place the meal on an oven safe vessel. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place on the center rack and heat for 5 minute increments until desired temperature is reached.

How do I return the reusable containers?

Order again! We pick up your used containers the next time we deliver to your door. If you order make sure to leave your bag and containers outside on Sunday.

If you don't want to reorder again, send us an email and we'll pick them up on Sunday.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Salt Lake County & Davis County Utah. Send us an email to request that we deliver to your county!

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No! We offer no contact delivery services. We deliver pre frozen insulated reusable bags that keep your food cold up to 4 hours.

How can I get free delivery?

We are offer a membership program for our most loyal customers. Rather than pay $10.99 per delivery, members get FREE delivery & FREE power bowls on every order over $40.

We are truly local to Salt Lake. Dallon our Executive Chef cooks the meals by hand. Sam the CEO is your customer service representative. We take care of our customers because you are literally our neighbors.
